Love is Always the Answer

Jeremiah 31:3 KJV

The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee.

In a world where it appears that every man is for himself.  Where many live the "eat or be eaten" life. We may be tempted to respond to others in the same manner in which they have treated us.

Perhaps you are right, you may be justified.  Yet, I ask you; How's that been working for you?  Are you really gaining the results you want?  The anger and frustration, is that really what you wanted?

Stop spending your energy plotting and planning on how to get someone back for something they've done (or you think they have done) to you and start loving.  Yes, you.  Yes, love that person who appears to be doing everything they possibly can to annoy, aggravate or even destroy you.

When you do this, it is not you they see, it is CHRIST.  HE has loved each of us with an everlasting love.  No matter what we've done or even how we've treated HIM, HIS love remains.  The love of GOD is what draws us to HIM.  HIS kindness defuses our most hostile situations.

Will you allow the LORD to use you today?  Will you give HIM access to your heart, so that through it HE may access the hearts of others and draw the lost unto HIM?

Before you respond, before you lash out; pray and make a conscious decision to let the LORD use your heart today!
