No Questions to Follow
Jeremiah 1:7-9; 12 NLT
The LORD replied, "Don't say, "I'm too young,' for you must go wherever I send you and say whatever I tell you. And don't be afraid of the people, for I will be with you and will protect you. I, the LORD, have spoken!" Then the LORD reached out and touched my mouth and said, "Look I have put my words in your mouth!
12 - And the LORD said, "That's right, and it means that I am watching, and I will certainly carry out all my plans."
So often the LORD speaks to us and we sit and find every excuse in the world to avoid accepting that what HE has spoken to us is HIS plan for our lives.
I understand that it is not always because we are being outright rebellious and disobedient. Many times it is due to insecurities we have or perceptions of ourselves that were passed down from childhood.
What I want to tell you today is that no questions should follow GOD's direction. Let me clarify. I am not saying that if you are confused that you should not ask the LORD for clarity. I will remind you however, that GOD is not the author of confusion. So therefore, any confusion that comes after GOD speaks to you, is not of GOD. It is a ploy from the enemy to keep you from stepping into your destiny and being delivered from the strongholds that bind you!!!
GOD can send you confirmation after confirmation, after confirmation. Yet if you stand there still questioning HIM, don't be angry with HIM when it seems your prayers are not answered in time. You're to blame for that. Our FATHER is a gentleman. HE will never force you to do anything. However, HE will speak to you. You just have to stop questioning HIM and HIS methods and just move your feet.
I'm not just giving you encouragement today. I'm speaking prophetically over someone's life today. Stop questioning the words of GOD and just walk it out. You don't have to see the end, nor is your understanding of every step necessary for you to be blessed! All you need to do is be obedient. I promise you if you stop wavering in your faith; if you plant your feet in HIS word and step out afraid. You will not only conquer the fear that has haunted you your entire life, but you're gonna experience supernatural breakthrough like you never have before!
