Only You!
Matthew 25:14-15 ESV
For it will be like a man going on a journey, who called his servants and entrusted to them his property. To one he gave five talents, to another two, to another one, to each according to his ability. Then he went away.
The only talents that you are responsible for is your own. GOD gave you just what you need to fulfill HIS calling on your life. Don't compare yourself with others. There is no comparison. HE made us all uniquely different. We all have a purpose to fulfill in this earth. Don't waste anymore time being frustrated because you have only one talent. Should you use it, you may find that it is greater than you think and will yield you great reward. When you use what GOD has given to you, GOD will receive all the glory and honor. Using what GOD has given to you for the upbuilding of HIS kingdom will bring blessings to you and your household.
Don't allow yourself to be bound by the mistakes of your past, nor by fear of failure. My question to you is, what if you don't ever move your feet? What if you take your talent and bury it? (Never use it. or Never step out to be the man/woman GOD has called you to be.)
v. 26 -30
But his master answered him, "You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. So take the talent from him and give to him who has the ten talents. For to everyone who has will more be given, and he will have an abundance. But from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away. And cast the worthless servant into the outer darkness. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
Don't sit and allow your talents to go to waste. Get up! Move your feet. Our GOD only requires that you use the talents HE has given to you.
