You're entitled

Luke 12:32 ESV

Fear not, little flock, for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom. 

Have you ever heard someone say that an individual thinks they are entitled to something?  Someone who appears to believe this is often ridiculed.  Who does he/she think that they are?  These individuals have no qualms about asking for what they want.  They are usually very bold.  They ask you for whatever it is they want, with the expectation that you are already in route to doing whatever it is the moment they allowed the words to leave their mouth.

I must ask you today; who do you think you are?  Your answer to this question, makes all the difference in the world.  As it determines how you approach your Heavenly FATHER.  HE has told us numerous times in HIS word how to approach HIM.  He tells us to come before his throne boldly.  HE has told us that no good thing would HE withhold from us.  HE promises to provide all our needs according to HIS riches.  HE told us that we would have houses that we have not built and vineyards that we have not planted.

So why is it that we approach our FATHER who is the creator of all, who owns all and who loves us beyond anything we can fathom as though we know not who HE is?  At some point, we have got to have an attitude of entitlement.  Not arrogance or selfishness, but entitlement.  We have all of Heaven at our disposal.  It’s not wrong for us to believe that our FATHER wants to and will bless us.  HE tells us this in HIS word.

Mark 11:24 ESV

Therefore, I tell you, whatever you ask in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.

I pray today that you will remember who you are.  You are the child of the Most High GOD!  The creator of all things.  You are the apple of HIS eye.  Ask HIM believing that you have received it and it shall be yours!
