When it Comes

James 1:6 ESV

But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind.


When doubt comes, and it will to all of us; what will you do with it?  It is without question that doubt will come to your mind.  Often, it is our past experiences, the way we were raised and the things that we've seen in this life that is usually the culprit for this. So do not beat yourself up when you experience moments of doubt or the spirit of fear attempts to come upon you.  Beat up that spirit.  How?  Have a strategy.

Decide ahead of time that you will not be discouraged.  Decide that there is no room in your mind for doubt.  Make a decision to fill your spirit with faith in the word of GOD and when you feel tempted to doubt, combat it with word of GOD. 

It only takes us allowing one seed of doubt in to toss our whole thought process into disarray.  Well not today!  Not ever!  We are mighty in GOD.  We tread on evil and we walk by faith and not by sight!  Begin to speak mighty and powerful words of truth over your life.  Give doubt no place to settle in.  Fill every spot of your mind with the word of GOD.  Speak the word over your life and walk by faith knowing that according to the word of GOD it shall be so!
