Make Up Your Mind
But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the LORD; he is a double-minded man, unstable in all his ways.
Make up your mind today to believe GOD. I know it's scary. I know what you're facing seems as though it's never going to happen. Yet, I am here to encourage you to choose to believe the word of GOD. Faith does not mean that fear is absent. Of course fear and doubt comes to all of us. The difference is that we make a decision to believe pass the fear. We make a decision that our GOD is greater than any "What if?" We make up our minds that we are going all the way with JESUS!
You have history with GOD. I know you do. We all do. We've been here before. Maybe, it was a different time, and the situation may "appear" different. Yet, the Red Sea is the Red Sea. You can't swim out of this situation. You can't cross it. You're at what appears to be a dead end. Yet, the GOD that we serve is still parting seas today!
You must decide that you are either going to trust HIM or you're not. I hear you. It's not that easy. Well, let me ask you this. Are you not tired of spending sleepless nights stressed out about something you cannot change? Are you not tired of carrying the weight that the LORD has told us to cast upon HIM? I'm just saying. Life is much less stress-filled when you make a decision to just trust GOD and to hold fast to HIS word. Knowing that HE who promised is faithful and that HE is never late.
I've been in some really tough spots. Yet, I've watched GOD come through every time. Don't get stuck on how you think HE should bless you either. Sometimes, that's our whole issue. We think we know how GOD should bless us. Yet, if we give it all over to HIM and we take the shackles off our mind. HE will do something so supernatural in your life that it will blow your mind. You know... more than you can ask, think or imagine! Yeah, that part!
