Isaiah 55: 11 NKJV
So shall MY word be that goes forth from MY mouth; It shall not return to ME void, But it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.
The moment GOD spoke to you; the very moment HE made you a promise. It was in that moment that the very thing existed!
I know that it may not look like much right now. I know it may look as though all hope is lost. I personally know what it is to have GOD give you a promise and the more you look the less it looks like what HE promised. Yet, I want to encourage you today, to not lose hope. Many of you believed to see the hand of GOD move for you in 2017. You are now looking at your calendar and seeing that there are 11 days remaining in this year. Yet, I say unto you open your spiritual eyes! Look through the eyes of faith. For nothing else matters! Not time, days, months or years. No actions performed by another individual. The only thing that matters is the word of GOD!
Oh yes, I know you feel like a fool for believing. I know you're even afraid to open your mouth and tell anyone that you still believe GOD to do that thing HE promised you so long ago. Yet, I remind you that Noah had to look like a fool. Joseph was in prison with a promise that men would bow down to him. Abraham was asked to take the very promise that GOD had given to him and strap it to the alter and sacrifice it. Yet, at the word of GOD they operated in a place that seemed crazy to most. They operated in a place that made no logical sense for them to still believe the word of GOD. Yet, at HIS word; they believed.
Whose word will you believe today? I'm choosing to believe GOD's word today. Past what it looks like, past what it feels like. Past my own human pride of not wanting to be embarrassed or look like a fool to all around me. I choose today, as I will choose tomorrow and 1000 years from now if it takes that long; to believe the word of GOD for my life.
I personally know that it's easier to say these words than to live them. Yet, I also personally know, that our GOD is faithful who has promised. So I wait expectantly for HIS word to manifest in my life. I shall see every promise our GOD has made to me!
I pray today that you will have the courage to believe. I pray that you'll nail your pride and even your promise if necessary to the alter and choose to wholeheartedly believe GOD. HE is for you and HE will always keep HIS promises!
Romans 10:11 For the scripture says, "Whoever believes on HIM will not be put to shame."
Isaiah 54:4 Do not fear, for you will not be ashamed; neither be disgraced, for you will not be put to shame.
