Light the Way

Psalm 119:105 ESV
Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path.

Have you ever felt like you didn't know what to do next?  Like you just don't know what lies in store for you?  Have you ever just said LORD if you would please just show me what I am supposed to do, then I'll do it?

Well, what's the word that GOD has given to you?  You know the one that every time it comes up in your spirit, self-doubt pushes it back down?  Yes, that very word.  Consider it.  Consider if you would only believe the word that GOD  has already given to you, and you began to walk in that direction.  What if  you actually made a plan for the promise that GOD has spoken to you? 

Today, I want to encourage you to take GOD at HIS word.  Not only the words written in the 66 books. But also the words that HE speaks to you in your quiet time with HIM.  Write the business plan and watch HIM open the doors.  More ideas will begin to flood in.  Your confidence in your abilities to do the very things HE said HE'd do through you will rise.  It may seem like small steps. But remember, do not despise the day of small beginnings.

Let the word of GOD be a lamp to your feet (allow you to see the gifts and talents that HE has indeed placed on the inside of you) and a light to your path (to open doors and direct you on your way).
