You Can't Stop It!

Genesis 37: 18-21 ESV
They saw him from afar, and before he came near to them they conspired against him to kill him.  They said to one another, "Here comes this dreamer.  Come now, let us kill him and throw him into one of the pits.  Then we will say that a fierce animal has devoured him, and we will see what will become of his dreams.  


One of my daughter's favorite songs is by Michelle Williams.  The chorus of the song says..."When GOD says yes, nobody can say no."  When GOD has spoken a word, made you a promise or given you a dream. There is nothing and I mean NO thing that can stop it.  For in the moment HE spoke it, it was already done.

Don't let what your eyes see fool you.  GOD showed Joseph in his dreams that GOD was going to raise HIM up.  Joseph was so sure of it.  How do I know he was sure of it?  Because from the pit, to the prison and all the things that happened in between, not once did Joseph's countenance change.  Yes, he was mistreated over and over again.  Yet, he remained a man GOD could trust with the dream.  Joseph could have become angry and said I'm tired of going through this over and over again.  No, instead he walked through it with integrity and faith. 

Some of you have felt like the pit you're in is the end. Well, I'm here today to tell you that it is not.  Trust GOD.  Believe HIS word.  Wait expectantly for HIM to keep HIS word.  Remain a person of integrity, knowing that in due time, it shall be just as GOD has spoken for your life.  Don't give up and stop short of the reveal.  For nothing and no one can stop what GOD has planned for your life.
