Day 6 - Emphasize Good Points

Proverbs 12:25 ESV

A truthful witness saves lives, but one who breathes out lies is deceitful.

Find something good to say.  Yes, to that person that you would prefer to walk right past. Say something good to your spouse, even though he/she may have made you mad last night.  It doesn't matter how you feel.  Find something good to say, and say it.  

Truth is, there is something good in everything made by GOD.  We may not always make good decisions or do what is right, but there is good to be found.  What if the one thing you said changed the whole trajectory of your marriage or work relationship?  Sometimes all a person needs is for someone to speak a kind word, at the right moment to spark the fire for change.

You pessimist still saying, there's nothing good to say?  Well, then prophecy that good thing over their lives.  Call your husband "Man of GOD" even if he "appears" to be so far from it.  Thank your wife for being understanding, even if she "appears" to lack patience.  Call those things that are not, as though they are.
