You waited

Isaiah 40:31 ESV

But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Waiting has proven hard for man since the beginning of time.  Yet, I want to encourage you who have waited to not be discouraged. You've waited, so don't allow your wait to be in vain.  GOD is now calling you to mount up!  To step up and step out.  HE is calling you to soar in this season.  

There are things you need to get above.  Not because you are arrogant or look down on others, but unless you rise above certain things in this season you will not reach the heights GOD is calling  you to.  But it's beyond you; it's about you fulfilling HIS purpose for your life in the earth.  

GOD called you to this because HE wants to work through you.  Not just for you, but for a nation of people.  You might think you don't affect many people at all.  Yet, I challenge you to pay attention to the number of people you may encounter throughout this day.  

Are you going to your local super center?  Well, consider the hundreds of people you may pass by while completing your weekly task of shopping.  Each one of them can be affected by your "Hello, good day!" or by your rude remarks to the cashier.  You get to decide how you affect the world. 

Choose to let the light of GOD shine through you.  You've waited for this moment, do not become weary in well doing.  The word says that you will run and not be weary.  So choose to stand strong and soar above all the things that are attempting to pull you down.  Stay focused and keep pressing!
