15D - The Gift of Compassion

Lamentations 3:22-23

It is of the Lord's mercies that we are not consumed,
because his compassions fail not.
They are new every morning:
great is thy faithfulness.

This Christmas choose to show compassion. Sometimes we get so busy in the hustle and bustle of the season that we walk past others.  We miss opportunities to let Christ's light shine through us. Consider this, not everyone feels blessed during this season and all they need is for someone, anyone to notice them. Sometimes a kind word from a stranger has more weight than others around us. So take a moment to stop and pray, and ask God to show you who you can be a light to today.
