Self Care

It is important that we guard our hearts. There are many ways that our hearts/minds are influenced. Our eargates, our eyes and our mouth; what goes in and comes out. If you want to be a blessing to those you love, take some time to ensure you're guarding your heart. 

Where do you begin? Put your heart before God surrender it all to Him and ask God to take anything away that is unpleasing to Him. Trusting that whatever He removes you don't need. Remember our goal is to be more like Jesus and who to better help us with that then Him?
