What Do You Know?
Proverbs 3:5-6
New King James Version
5 (A)Trust in the Lord with all your heart (B)And lean not on your own understanding;
6 (C)In all your ways acknowledge Him,
And He shall [a]direct your paths.
So often in times like these there is so much misinformation. Someone can share something with another and because what the person says "appears" to make sense, the information is passed on ( and on and on..). Before you know it someone's mere opinion has spread to hundreds of thousands of people. Yet no one stopped to vet the information. Many believe based on the fact that the person who told them "appears" credible to them. Yet, they fail to realize that the person who told them did not vet the information either. Nor did the person who passed it on to him. Be careful to guard your heart. Make certain that it is God and God alone that you are trusting to direct you. No matter how crazy a thing may seem when God speaks it to you, be obedient to it. You can trust in God. He does not lie he will not fail you. So study his word. Get to know God for yourself and then trust in him. Trust him pass what you see and what you feel.
