Alignment

 

Alignment is a position of agreement or alliance.

It is important that we decide to agree with God and to believe that everything in the [written] word of God is true.  We must come into alliance with God and HIS will for our lives.  It is important that we continue to put our hearts before God and to allow Him to show us any place within us that is not like Him. And then allow Him to remove it and change us. 

For some it means lining up with the leadership that God has put over us (in our local assembly). For many it will mean lining up with God’s plan for our marriages and families.  For others it will be lining up our faith with the promises that God has made us, so that we can see the miraculous. Whatever alignment means for you, do it.  We’ll be praying for you.

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity!  It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments.  It is like the dew of Hermon, descending upon the mountains of Zion; for there the Lord commanded the blessings – Life forevermore.
