Substance & Evidence

 

Hebrews 11:1 KJV

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

Substance – the real physical matter of which a person or thing consists and which has a tangible, solid presence.

Evidence – the available body of facts or information indicating whether a belief or proposition is true or valid.

Now – at the present time or moment.

 

The faith that you have right now. That faith that you can’t let go of.  Even when you tell your mind, and body that you are finished, yet it won’t die.  That “YES” to the vision that won’t leave your spirit. The one that you believe to already be true, so much so that it directs your speech, actions and expectation.  That NOW faith is your proof.  It is the proof that your soul needs to fuel it to direct your mind and body in the direction of the promises of God.

It is both your substance and your evidence.  Hold fast to both and keep moving forward!
